The MSW@USC, the online Master of Social Work from USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, is designed for aspiring social work leaders. Students gain clinical skills in virtual and in-person field education and will choose a department of study in either adult mental health, children and families, or social change. The Advanced Standing track, available to BSW holders, can be completed in as little as one year.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a regionally accredited college or university
- Minimum of 18 units of interdisciplinary liberal arts coursework, spanning both social and biological sciences
- Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4.0 grading scale) for the full-time, 4-semester program. Prospective students with a cumulative undergraduate GPA below 2.8 will not be considered
